INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2 cups Buttermilk
  2. 1 tbsp Garlic paste Or finely chopped garlic
  3. 1/2 tsp Ginger paste Or finely chopped ginger
  4. 1 tsp Paprika
  5. 1/2 tsp Chili powder Or chili flakes, Optional
  6. 2 pounds Chicken Boneless, Cut into small cubes
  7. 3 tbsp All-purpose flour
  8. Salt To taste
  9. Pepper To taste
  10. 4 cups Cornflakes cereal Crushed
  11. 1/2 cup Ketchup
  12. 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
  13. 2 tbsp Vinegar
  14. 2/3 cup Honey
  15. 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  16. 1/4 tsp Onion powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a mixing bowl, add buttermilk, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, chicken and mix everything together. 
  • Cover with saran wrap and marinate for 15- 20 minutes. 
  • After 15-20 minutes, drain excess liquid. 
  • In another mixing bowl, add flour, paprika, chili powder (optional), salt, pepper. 
  • Dump this flour mixture into the chicken bowl and mix until all chicken pieces are coated. 
  • Roll each chicken piece in a bowl of crushed cornflakes and place it on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. 
  • While the chicken is baking, prepare the honey sriracha sauce: Add ketchup, sriracha sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic powder, onion powder in a non-stick sauce pan and cook on medium heat until bubbling. 
  • Place the crispy baked chicken bites in a large bowl and pour as much or as little honey sriracha sauce, as you like. Toss until fully coated. 
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
