- ⅔ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup apple sauce
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- ¾ cup almond milk
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat your oven to 375 F.
- Mix together the rolled oats, flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt. Add in the apple sauce, melted oil, and mashed bananas. As you mix that with the dry, add in the milk, ¼ cup at a time. Once mixed, fold in the chocolate chips and mix again.
- Grease a bread tin with cooking oil and pour your batter in. Smooth out and bake for 45-50 minutes, until done in the center.
- Remove and let cool for 20-30 minutes. Cut into slices and enjoy!
