Sneaky Cheesy Garlic Bread- Grain Free, Low Carb and Gluten Free
A low carb gluten free bread recipe that is quick and easy to make. Using a blend of cheese and alternate flours, you can have your bread and it it too.
Ingredients

  1. 5 ounces cream cheese softened
  2. 1/4 cup butter softened
  3. 2/3 cup almond flour
  4. 1/4 cup coconut flour
  5. 3 tablespoons unflavored whey protein
  6. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  8. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  9. 3 tablespoons water
  10. 3 large eggs
  11. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray or grease 8x4-inch bread pan if needed.
  • Combine cream cheese and butter with mixer or in food processor.
  • Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended.
  • Spread into bread pan.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until firm and lightly browned.
  • Store leftovers in refrigerator.
