This slow cooker pork tenderloin recipe makes dinner a snap. The parmesan cheese, soy sauce and garlic really make this easy weeknight meal delicious!
INGREDIENTS

  1. Pork tenderloin (3-4 lbs)
  2. 1 teaspoon of salt
  3. 1 teaspoon of pepper
  4. 1 cup of water
  5. For the Glaze:
  6. ½ cup brown sugar
  7. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  8. ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  9. ½ cup of water
  10. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place pork tenderloin in the instant pot.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add in 1 cup of water.
  • Add the lid and set to sealing.
  • Press the manual button and set the pressure to 20 minutes.
  • Once cooking cycle is done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before releasing the steam.
  • About 20 minutes before the tenderloin is done, combine the ingredients for the glaze in a small sauce pan.
  • Heat and stir until the mixture thickens. About 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove the the pork tenderloin from the crock pot and slice.
  • Brush or drizzle the pork tenderloin with the glaze. Serve immediately.
