INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Cup Butter (1 Stick)
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbs. +1 tsp Vegetable or Canola Oil
- 3 Cups quick cooking Oatmeal
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a medium pot. Bring to a boil and let bowl for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla, salt, and vegetable oil. Stir in the oatmeal and let stand for 5 minutes. Scoop out by 2 Tbs. size scoops and put them on wax paper. Cool completely and eat
