These coconut treat squares are sweet, but not overly, so they are perfect with a cup of coffee or hot tea. My 9 year old son couldn’t get enough of these!
Treat Squares {THM-S, Low Carb, Sugar Free}:
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Low Carb Sugar Free Coconut Milk Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Canned Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1/3 Cup Gentle Sweet or the equivalent of your favorite powdered sweetener
- 2 Cups Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, eggs, and sweetener and mix well.
- Add coconut milk and shredded coconut and mix again.
- Pour into an 8x8 glass pan.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until top is golden brown and center is no longer jiggly.
