These coconut treat squares are sweet, but not overly, so they are perfect with a cup of coffee or hot tea. My 9 year old son couldn’t get enough of these!

Treat Squares {THM-S, Low Carb, Sugar Free}:

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Low Carb Sugar Free Coconut Milk Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Canned Unsweetened Coconut Milk 
  • 1/3 Cup Gentle Sweet or the equivalent of your favorite powdered sweetener
  • 2 Cups Shredded Unsweetened Coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, eggs, and sweetener and mix well.
  3. Add coconut milk and shredded coconut and mix again.
  4. Pour into an 8x8 glass pan.
  5. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until top is golden brown and center is no longer jiggly.
